Resting Metabolic Rate Calories – Your resting metabolic rate represents the number of calories your body requires to maintain vital body functions (such as heart rate, brain activity and breathing) at rest.

Daily Lifestyle & Activity Calories – This represents approximately how many calories your body expends during a typical day of normal day to day activity. This does not include exercise.

Exercise Training Calories – This represents approximately how many calories your body burns  during a typical moderate exercise session.

Total Daily Caloric Expenditure– This represents the total caloric cost of all the activities you engage in throughout the day including exercise.

Want to lose 1 pound per week ? Simply consume 500 calories per day less than your personalized Total Daily Caloric Expenditure ( 500 x 7 = 3500 calories/week = 1 pound ).

Want to maintain your current weight ? Simply consume the same number of calories as your personalized Total Daily Caloric Expenditure.
